During my training, I worked with close friends and family, each of them kindly volunteered to work with me on building their confidence in various aspects of their lives.

Covid 19 lockdowns and restrictions have been hard for so many people.
Much of what is happening right now is out of our control. We have never been in this situation before, and most of us don’t know how to deal with the ever-changing situation.
We don’t know when, or if, there’ll be more restrictions imposed on our already restricted lives.
That means we can’t plan our lives effectively. The result is stress.
Many of you may have lost loved ones. Many more of you have been ill yourself or someone in your family has been ill.
And so many of you have lost your job or your business, leading to enormous stress.
It has always been important to mind your mental health, but particularly during Covid.
Sadly, sometimes we are so stressed we can’t think straight and don’t know where to start.
